Mint

Mint new Coins

Authorized accounts can create new tokens, assigning them to any arbitrary account and increasing total supply of the coin.

To mint new tokens do the following:

Login with Metamask using your holder account and choose the right network
Click “Mint”
In the “To address” paste or QR scan the address that is going to receive the new tokens.
Fill the amount of tokens you want to create.
Click “Mint” button
A Metamask window will show confirming the transaction you want to make
Click “Confirm” in Metamask
A transaction in progress window will show, it can take several minutes to finish the transaction. Please be patience.
When the transaction is finished it will appear in the Block Explorer

Add minter role to an account

Authorized accounts can authorize other accounts to mint tokens. To do this do the following:

Login with Metamask using your admin account and choose the right network
Paste the address of the account you want to authorize in the search bar of the Block Explorer and click the magnifying glass icon.
The address will appear in the block explorer and if your account has Minter privileges you will see a button with “Add Minter Role” below the address.
Click on “Add Minter Role” button, and then another “Add Minter Role” button will appear. Click on it.
A Metamask window will show confirming the transaction you want to make
Click “Confirm” in Metamask
A transaction in progress window will show, it can take several minutes to finish the transaction. Please be patience.
When the transaction is finished it will appear in the Block Explorer

Renounce minter role

Renounce minter role from account

If your account has the minter role you can remove this privilege to your account doing the following:

Login with Metamask using your admin account and choose the right network
In the wallet below your account address you will see a “Renounce Minter Role” button.
Click on “Renounce Minter Role”.
A window with another “Renounce Minter Role” button will appear.
Click on “Renounce Minter Role”.
Click “Confirm” in Metamask
A transaction in progress window will show, it can take several minutes to finish the transaction. Please be patience.
When the transaction is finished it will appear in the Block Explorer
